The Axis 241Q and 241QA Video Server are designed for professional IP-Surveillance applications where camera specific features are required.
The Axis 241Q and 241QA Video Server digitise analogue video streams and transmit them at full frame rate over an IP network, enabling remote viewing of video in real time. Network utilization is optimised with built-in video motion detection and powerful event management functions based on triggered or scheduled events. In addition, the product offers a complete set of security features such as HTTPS, IP address filtering and multi-level password protection.
Up to four analogue cameras can be connected to the Axis 241Q and a generic digital video stream, at full frame rate (25 frames per second), from all four channels, may be transmitted simultaneously over an IP network.
The Axis 241QA video server has a de-interlaced filter that eliminates interlace artifacts from NTSC/PAL cameras. In addition, the Axis 241QA provides full support for 2-way audio.

is based on four main offerings scaled in functionality and price which offer multi-hardware support and robust performance. Milestone XProtect can control up to 64 cameras per server, with multiple servers and multiple sites.
software offers Windows PC users all the necessary video recording and monitoring functions for security surveillance. The software supports up to 25 cameras/video servers per installation and an unlimited recording database (limited only by hardware!).
